Michele, RDA
Treatment Coordinator

Michele has been with Mack Orthodontics since 1999. She is a graduate of the Black Hawk College Dental Assisting Program, and has been employed in dentistry for over 20 years. Michele enjoys welcoming new patients and families to the practice. She also oversees marketing activities with other offices, schools, and community organizations. She loves to spend free time relaxing with her husband and children.

Kelly, RDA
Laboratory Technician/Patient Manager

Kelly started her career in dentistry over 25 years ago learning her craft as a dental assistant at a general dental office in Moline. She quickly moved on to specialize in the field of orthodontics where she has worked for over 20 years. Kelly is a huge blessing to Mack Orthodontics and her experience and training allow her to work in all areas of the office, including front desk, the clinic, and even the lab. In fact, if your child has had an expander or retainer, there’s a good chance Kelly made it! Kelly is also a loving mother of five children, and when not at the office, Kelly and her husband, Curt, enjoy being outdoors with their dogs or spending time at their cabin in northern Iowa.
