Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.
When you first visit our office, bring your current insurance card with you. If any changes to your insurance occur during your orthodontic treatment (such as switching insurance companies or joining another employer's plan), please be sure to let us know. Changes to your insurance plan may affect your payment and amount personally owed to the practice. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Remember though that insurance policies differ; we will review yours to determine the appropriate course of action. Our Bettendorf and Eldridge staff will work hard to ensure you receive the best benefits and reduced out-of-pocket costs for your orthodontic treatment.
Mack orthodontics is a preferred provider for Delta Dental and Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance plans. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims. We have a full-time financial coordinator trained to help determine the amount of coverage available under your insurance plan and to assist you with any insurance issues that may arise.
