Wear Them Consistently

When you can remove your braces, it is easy to forget to put them back in your mouth. Failing to do so causes your teeth to revert to an earlier treatment stage. Don't do that. Wear your aligners consistently and without fail.

Do Not Chew Food While Wearing Your Aligners

Just as it is easy to forget to put your aligners back in your mouth, it is easy to forget to take them out before eating. They are not made to be in your mouth while chewing as the bite force and chewing action can damage them.
